This started as a recipe notebook I kept for myself. I have grown up in and around the kitchen, always trying new recipes but my love for cooking and baking has never faltered, it doesn’t matter how big or small the kitchen, how stressful the day was, this is my happy place – so make yourself at home.
I am a self-taught baker, which mostly means I have failed at everything here at least once before it worked. Every recipe on this site is tested a minimum of three times, in a normal home oven, with ingredients from a normal supermarket. If a recipe needs a specific tin or an overnight rest, I say so at the top, not halfway through step four.
My cooking sits somewhere between cozy and sensible. A lot of what I develop is high-protein or meal-prep friendly, not because I am chasing a trend but because that is how I actually eat with my husband.
Alongside the blog I work as a social media manager, UGC creator and content creator — recipe development, vertical video, and the content calendars behind them.
Make yourself at home, and let’s get cooking!
Or, if you would rather have them offline and organised, the ebooks collect them by theme.
